All products are only eligible for a refund if found damaged or defective upon goods unboxing with a video as a proof. Condition must be as received without assembling them on the bike. If defect is found during assembly, please contact us first.
Refund will only be processed once we received and checked the actual unit to verify. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, or you may send the product back to us directly upon confirmation with us.

Warranty Policy
We, TENAGAFRASER take pride in the quality and durability of our products, and we are pleased to offer a 12-month warranty on our KEKISI rearsets & BERANI fuel cap. This warranty ensures that our products are fit for purpose and free from defects in materials.
Please note that the warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidents, incorrect installation, or repairs.
