DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping for East Malaysia usually takes 2-3 working days upon courier pick-up and may take up to 5-7 working days for West Malaysia. We use DHL as our courier partner.

For ready-to-ship product, fulfillment will be made the next working day. For made-to-order product, process may take up to 2-4 weeks time (Please refer the product page for estimation). 

Please ensure your shipment details provided during checkout is accurate to avoid misdeliveries. Tenagafraser won't be responsible to any lost or stolen parcels, any issue can be reverted back to our courier partner. Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned are only estimation, we cannot guarantee that the parcel won’t encounter delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipment with DHL Express as our courier partner. Orders are sent out from our Malaysia warehouse. For ready-to-ship product, fulfillment will be made the next working day. For made-to-order product, process may take up to 2-4 weeks time (Please refer the product page for estimation). 

Delivery will take 2-5 working days once parcel(s) is collected, depending on where you are located. 

The delivery charges are varies upon location and services. We can try help to reduce the charges upon your request with certain conditions. You may contact us by chat system.

By default, we will only proceed with basic delivery services from DHL with no insurance to cover your package(s), if you need insurance please do contact us first.

International shipments may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Our courier partner will usually assist. For more details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authority for rates.

All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges and unfortunately we are unable to predict.
